As a passionate HR professional with over a decade of experience, Elissa is able to develop meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike, due to her intuitive understanding of people.
Elissa has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the John Molson School of Business. After graduating, Elissa has held a number of human resources positions, enabling her to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of organizations of all sizes.
Her ability to connect with people at all levels of organizations has greatly contributed to her understanding of the daily challenges faced by employees and managers.
It is her belief that establishing a strong human resource management strategy, supported by the right policies, programs, and procedures will result in a proactive approach to managing people who are at the very heart of an organization’s success.
